RENTALS
Singles Seat Kayak Rentals – $10 per 1/2 hour per person
— Minimum Rental Period 1/2 Hour —
Doubles Seat Kayak Rentals – $10 per 1/2 hour per person
— Minimum Rental Period 1/2 Hour —
All Kayak passengers must know how to swim and wear a US Coast Guard-approved personal floatation device (PFD Life Jacket provided) at all times while on the water. Additionally, Kayak passengers must be at least 18 years of age or be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who is authorized to sign the rental agreement and who can and will supervise the minor’s activities at all times both on the land and on the water.
California Windsurfing requires a valid US Driver’s License (Showing the individual is at least 18 years of age) or a valid Passport (Showing the holder is at least 21 years of age) to be held as security during the rental period. California Windsurfing will retain the License or Passport until all watercraft and associated equipment is returned undamaged and rental fees fully paid.
Kayak Rentals are on a first come first services basis weather permitting.

Rental equipment usage is for one individual renter only. NO sharing of equipment is permitted. Equipment is for use only in the Foster City Lagoon at Leo j. Ryan Park in Foster City, CA 94404.

Introduction to Kayaking Lesson
Introduction to Kayaking for beginners 12 years of age and above.
Friendly atmosphere, knowledgeable instructors, safe inland waters, kayak, paddle, and life preserver (PFD) provided. Classes covers balance, steering, and safety on the water.
One hour session; including a dry land overview, 30 minutes on the water of supervised instruction:
Cost per Student: $125
All classes are by appointment only and weather permitting.

Cash Only Facility
Sorry, No checks or credit cards or $100 bills can be accepted at our waterside location.
To keep our rates as low as possible California Windsurfing has elected to remain a cash only facility. We know this can be inconvenient. However, Our customer survey indicated that lower rates are highly preferred over convenience credit card acceptance.

Students/Renters of Windsurfers, Kayaks and Stand Up Paddle Boards must must be 18 years of age, accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, know how to swim, complete and sign California Windsurfing waiver agreement, acknowledge they understand and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
Pet Policy
We love pets, but for safety reason we cannot allow dogs, cats or other pets onboard any of our watercraft including: Windsurfers, Pedal Boats, Stand Up Paddle Board and Kayaks. Service dogs are welcome.

11:30 am to 6:00 pm Saturday & Sunday.
Last Rental Out: 5:30 pm to be retuned by 6:00pm
